What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of your order delivery date for all non-final sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. All returned items are subject to review and inspection. Items returned in a damaged, opened, or used condition will not be accepted.

All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or the Contact Us form on our website. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address in Qatar. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or discounted more than 30%
  • Opened beauty, skincare, or haircare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle once opened

Do you offer free returns?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free collection and replacement at no cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.
